Procedure for Enrolment                                                                         

Students can enter at any level. Applications must be made on the official application form which can be downloaded below. Forms are also available through e-mail or from the school offices. The purpose of the information gathered will not be used in determining eligibility to attend the school, but rather, to provide information so that the best education opportunities can be provided for your child. The school is free and we will provide uniform and stationery and cover the costs of field trips.

Our Community Liaison Manager, Tamzin Cook and the office staff, Allia Kennedy at Jack Ralston House and Katrina Worth at Pohutukawa Villa, are available to support parents and whānau in completing application forms if necessary. Middle School West Auckland is spread across two campuses in Henderson:

  • Jack Ralston House, 287-289 Lincoln Road (access off Soljan Drive off Paramount Drive), Henderson, 0610.

  • Pohutukawa Villa (Te Reo bilingual campus), 22-24 Waipareira Avenue, Henderson, 0610.

Once logged in, click on pre-enrol new pupil, then click to complete the enrolment form. As you go through each section, please remember to click save. Please complete each section
